Agassaim Village

Most famous for its delicious sausages all over Goa, the Agassaim village is located in the Tiswadi Taluka, north Goa district, Goa, India.

Being surrounded by Panaji in the North, Margao in the south, Ponda to the east and Vasco de Gama to the West, Agassaim is the link between the two districts of North Goa and South Goa through the river Zuari.

The village has its own church, the St. Lawrence Church, which is revered by the local Christian population as well as a high school called the St. Lawrence high school.
